Results Coordinator Fadelah was very lovely and went above and beyond to support. She helped to signpost me somewhere else to someone who can help whilst I am on a waiting list for a service. Easy to speak to and so understanding, best care I’ve received
Bukky and Tanya were both lovely to me and gave me all the information I needed. Happy they was on this journey with me and hope to see them soon! Baby Jules is also fine and well :) Zainab xx
Liz and the team are amazing g
The midwives here have all been amazing with everything during my pregnancy and aftercare!
They have always been there to help me when needed and have given support along the way.
I received good quality care
Very positive impression
Made a mistake with my rescheduled appointment which was my mistake and they were still accommodating and saw me anyway.
Super nice staff and the ladies working from home taking the calls to
I had my baby boy at the Birthday centre at Queens and it was a great experience.
Cara and Jade was my midwifes and helped me through my quick labour. They were great from start to finish. Both lovely ladies and had me calm from start to finish. The aftercare they provided was second to none. Came and checked on me and baby, because of concerns of jaundice.
Was seen in triage very quickly and then my midwife who has been with me from my very first appointment was able to come and take over looking after me.
All midwives and staff were so nice and helpful. We were able to leave and go home on the same day and cannot fault any of the care I received.
Seeing the same midwives every appointment so you get to build a relationship with them and feel comfortable.
I knew my midwives were only a phone call away if I had any problems or questions.
